We occasionally run maintenance for our ISP Proxies lasting from few minutes to few hours to improve the system and the reliability of it. In most of the cases, there are no interruptions other than few minutes of downtime and most of the times, no changes are required from your end.
If any reasonable downtime is occurred due to a fault from our-end, we extend your subscription with the downtime at no extra cost.
If any changes are required from your end (such as using different IP, port, username or password, or whitelisting IPs again) after the maintenance is completed, you are notified via email and additional details will be provided in that email message.
