Yes, please open a ticket requesting for the same and do mention the reason why you want to transfer them.
We'll need a confirmation from the new email / account as well. After that, the packages will be migrated to the new account.
Proxies will not be affected and will continue to be usable at all times during this migration. However, the username and password may change and you'll have to update those credentials once migration is completed.
